è Finance & Accounting : Responsible for resolving issues pertaining to Accounting, Invoicing, Accounts Payable + receivable, Reporting, vendor management etc. (GURGAON, JAIPUR, HYDERABAD & KOLKATA)
è Voice Customer Service : Responsible for dealing with customer calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client and Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution (ALL LOCATIONS)
